I am here, finally starting my blog.
I'll start by sharing a painting of mine, done in pastel:

Lavender and Wheat

It was late summer, early fall and I was seeing these colors everywhere, of the grasses starting to turn and what was left of the flowers. I fell in love with these two colors together and knew I had to paint them.
